Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on products purchased unless there is a manufacturer defect. As soon as we ship out a product, for health and safety reasons, it is considered used and therefore non-returnable.
Please take the time to check all products immediately upon receiving them to ensure that everything is in good working order and that you have received exactly what you ordered.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right
Return a defective item:
Please contact us by email within 15 days after the shipment has been delivered to request a return of a defective product
Please note that Items returned without original packaging will NOT be refunded so please keep all packaging for a min of 15-20 days after the item has been delivered
For defective items outside of the 15 day initial period, we will assist you in contacting the manufacturer and requesting a claim through their warranty program
